Your Emcee: Mrs. Nevada Tomilynn Clark

Mrs. Nevada-America 2023, Tomilynn Clark, is not your average beauty pageant queen. Raised in foster care for the first seven years of her life, she understands the trauma of feeling disposable and abandoned. Her life story is one of resilience and she has answered the call to help other young people in the foster care system to minimize their suffering. This local native grew up in Ely, Nevada, Tomilynn became a wife and mother of four children. However, her role as a CASA takes center stage in her life. Over the past year, she has dedicated over 300 volunteer hours to this organization, which is also connected to the American Access Institute through its founder. Tomilynn's journey serves as a powerful reminder that kindness and compassion can drive meaningful change. Professionally, Tomilynn, along with her husband Charles, directs and owns a private equity firm, Infinite Approval LLC, which focuses on non-profit housing and projects.

About Special Guest Artist Phil Lynah

Phil Lynah is a renowned international gospel artist, having traversed genres from gospel quartet and classical to acapella and contemporary music. Phil has garnered multiple awards and nominations for the groups he has performed with, including The Gospel Angels of Washington DC, The Legendary Jackson Singers, and Prophecy–Cops for Christ. He is the Executive VP of the Gospel Industry Network. He co-starred in the acclaimed gospel music stage play An American Song following the events of 9/11. This was where he first met AAI founder Pamela Donnelly, who wrote and produced. A 20+ year friendship has ensued.

Phil has been a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity for over 47 years, holding an MBA in Finance and Management from Howard University. After 23.5 years in the U.S. Army, he retired as Lieutenant Colonel and completed high-level government work until full retirement a few years ago. He now focuses on music endeavors, while volunteering significant time to the mentorship of young men through local nonprofit organizations in the DC area. Phil's most recent gospel release “All I Need Is You”, available on Spotify, has begun receiving wide acclaim.
